  • We require photography or video in locations outside of Northern New Jersey; are you able to travel?
    Absolutely. We are happy to give you an estimate of travel costs before we start.
  • Do you offer studio photography?
    Yes we can use our studio depending on the size of your project. However, we recommend on-location sessions to truly capture the essence of your brand.
  • We need professional headshots or portrait photos. Do we need to come to the studio to maximize our session?
    We have professional photographic lighting equipment which we bring to your location, and can set up an “on-site” studio or we can use the office environment as the backdrop. Ypu can find examples in the services section.
  • We want some high quality prints for our office. Do you offer these?
    Yes. Just let us know what sizes and numbers you need and our Professional Lab will print your images under our instructions.
  • How long will it be before I recieve my images?
    Turnaround time depends on the individual job. Most photos need processing whether it’s something as simple as cropping or resizing or skin retouching. Some images such as product shots may need more editing and retouching. 1-2 weeks is a standard turnaround time on many commercial photography jobs but this can vary.
  • How much will it cost?
    It will depend on the requirements of each individual job. We will tailor a quote to suit our exact needs. We offer commercial photography based on advanced techniques so you can get the best photographs, tailored to your needs and requirements. Most quotes are made up of a rate for either a full-day or half-day, plus a fee for the time spent on digital download, shot selection and post-production. Other costs such as travel and studio hire are quoted based on the requirements of the job.
  • How do we book?
    Simply fill out and submit the contact form on the bottom of our home page and someone from our studio will give you a call. Feel free to givem us a call or send an email as well – for new client bookings a minimum 50% deposit is required, all existing clients the deposit is 30%.
  • Do you store/archive the digital files?
    Yes. Every digital file/photograph we ever take is archived onto external hard-drives and these are stored both on and off site.
  • How many photographs will you take?
    This will depend entirely upon the needs of your photography project. However, please keep in mind that our goal is quality and variety.
  • What digital format will you provide us with?
    We normally provide our existing corporate customers fully perfected and genuine high resolution JPEG files.
